Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for consulting services provided by Cerulea Strategic Partners.

Engagement fees

Consulting fees are agreed in advance within a signed statement of work. Because our work is delivered as professional time and bespoke analysis, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Before work begins

If you cancel an engagement in writing before any work has started, any deposit paid will be refunded in full within 14 days.

After work begins

If you cancel an active engagement, you will be invoiced for work completed and reasonable committed costs up to the cancellation date. Any unused prepaid balance beyond that point will be refunded.

Retainer packages

Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the current month remain payable; future months are not charged.

Service concerns

If you are dissatisfied with our service, contact us promptly and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include revisions or, at our discretion, a partial refund.
